Job summary

BeOne Medicines is looking for a Manager, Small Molecule Packaging at their Hopewell site. This role involves the execution of packaging operations, ensuring GMP compliance, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment focused on fighting cancer.

The candidate will oversee production, manage regulatory inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of GMP experience in pharmaceutical packaging.

The salary range for this position is $110,500.00 - $150,500.00 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of GMP pharmaceutical packaging operations experience required.
• Experience with automated packaging lines / serialization required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously under tight timelines required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of bottle filling and cartoning processes.
• Support startup and commercialization of packaging operations.
• Ensure all operations comply with GMP requirements.
