Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong ERP/automation knowledge; SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Packaging operations to meet production planning and forecasting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within Packaging operations.
• Manage capital and expense budgets for Packaging operations.
• Train personnel in GMPs, SOPs, and business processes; ensure policy compliance.
• Support development and succession planning to ensure bench strength and diversity.
