Job summary

HyAxiom, the hydrogen energy unit of Doosan Group, seeks a Senior Project Manager for PE&I to lead fuel cell energy plant projects from contract handoff to warranty, coordinating with Owner and EPC contractor to ensure safe, timely, and contract‑compliant execution. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, align cross‑functional teams, monitor costs, and drive value engineering while maintaining quality and safety standards for data center applications and mission‑critical facilities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or related discipline; 5–10+ years PM experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; energy project experience required.
• Mechanical or Electrical engineering with construction background considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of fuel cell energy plant projects from handoff to closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EPC, subcontractor, and suppliers to ensure contractual compliance and schedule milestones.
• Advise on site readiness, equipment delivery, installation sequencing, commissioning, and handover.
