Role Overview

The Senior Manager of SIOP will oversee demand and supply planning for Carrier’s Cold Chain Solutions aftermarket segment, ensuring alignment with commercial, supply chain, operational, and finance objectives. Responsibilities include managing the monthly S&OP cycle and weekly S&OE meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead demand and supply reviews; facilitate decision-making and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct weekly S&OE sessions.
• Align demand planning with business strategies and revenue goals.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions to validate demand assumptions.
• Analyze demand drivers and their impact on revenue and downstream processes.
• Work with material managers to address supply gaps and support long-term sales.
• Monitor and report on key supply metrics and KPIs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or Sales Operations.
• Over 1 year of experience with demand and supply planning software.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with S&OP/S&OE processes, especially in aftermarket contexts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing teams and building cross-functional relationships.
