About This Role:The Senior Manager of SIOP will direct and oversee SIOP for Carrier’s Cold Chain Solutions aftermarket segment. You will implement and maintain SIOP demand and supply planning in alignment with commercial, supply chain, operational, and finance goals. You will be responsible for the monthly cycle of S&OP and weekly cadence of S&OE. This role is available in
Job Description:Lead SIOP demand and supply reviews; guide final decision making on open items and trade-offs; prepare escalations for executive review where appropriate.
Lead weekly S&OE sessions.
Collaborate with senior management to align demand planning initiatives with overall business strategies and goals. Ensure alignment between revenue and demand plans.
Coordinate cross-functional discussions to document and challenge demand plan assumptions.
Understand the drivers of demand changes, customers, and revenue impacts and potential effects on the downstream processes.
Collaborate with material managers to generate recommendations to solve supply gaps and support long-term sales demand.
Measure, analyze and report key SIOP supply metrics, while monitoring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and/or Sales Operations
1+ years of experience utilizing demand and supply planning software
MBA or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent
Strong working knowledge of S&OE and/or S&OP with implementation experience
Experience in aftermarket demand and supply planning
Advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience managing direct staff
Ability to build cross-functional relationships through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
