• Experience leading teams of 20+ engineers
• Strong HW/SW interaction and validation expertise
• Proven ability to grow and develop managers and senior contributors
• Strong scripting and data analysis skills
• Ability to present plans and status to executives

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers and managers for bringup and validation of debug features and tools
• Triage failures requiring software, hardware and silicon expertise
• Oversee silicon validation and characterization using internal software builds
• Collaborate with Si Validation, Software Eng and Si Design across Apple
• Plan, prioritize and communicate with executives; drive cross-functional solutions
