Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a SoC Silicon Debug Engineering Program Manager to lead silicon bring-up and validation efforts, driving schedules and resolving technical issues for timely processor delivery.

You will coordinate across Design Verification, Validation, Technology, System, Hardware and Software groups, mentoring teams and reporting status with data-driven metrics to align with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• BS plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven PM experience managing silicon programs.
• Experience in silicon validation/qualification of ASICs.
• Experience with ARM architecture preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to influence multi-functional teams.
• Ability to drive project development with defined metrics.
• Thrives in a high-energy, schedule-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon to meet product schedules.
• Guarantee high-quality silicon execution through robust internal processes.
• Interface and drive silicon issues across Design, Verification, Validation, Technology, System, Hardware and Software.
• Focus the silicon team on meeting near-term milestones and unblock issues with cross-functional experts.
• Attend and lead technical sessions with suppliers/design partners to track issues and escalations.
• Provide focused issue reporting, bug tracking, and risk/status communications.
