Job summary

Legend Biotech USA is seeking a Sr. Manager for ServiceNow CMDB & Asset Governance in Bridgewater, NJ. Lead end-to-end CMDB lifecycle, govern ITAM, and automate data flows from Intune and Entra ID. Build robust integrations, ensure data quality, and enable audit-ready reporting across the enterprise.

You will own discovery, CI class governance, and MID Server operations, partnering with IT and security to maintain compliant, scalable CMDB data in a complex, regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• ServiceNow certifications (Admin, Application Developer, ITOM/ITSM).
• 8–12 years IT experience with 3–5 years leading teams in healthcare IT.
• Strong knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Graph API, and CMDB data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead stabilization and transformation of CMDB and ITAM in ServiceNow.
• Own CMDB lifecycle, CI class governance, and data quality across sources.
• Design and maintain Intune integrations, Graph API pipelines, and data mappings.
• Develop dashboards and health reports for leadership and audits.
