Responsibilities

Develop and operationalize new services supporting pipeline products and launches.
Provide oversight for patient- and provider-support services, monitor performance and quality.
Manage third-party vendors, contracts, invoicing, and SLAs.
Coordinate service data collection with Voice of Customer teams to improve experience.
Lead a matrix-team with prioritization, training, and inclusion.
