As Senior Manager, SEM Analytics, you will be EverQuote's SEM expert and lead our SEM analytics team. You'll own SEM end to end — bid strategy, budget, campaign structure, and measurement — while managing and developing the team responsible for executing on it. You will report directly to the VP of Growth Analytics. This role is built for someone who wants to be both the channel's technical expert and the leader who scales that expertise through a team.
Experience in an internet marketplace or lead‑gen business (insurance industry experience is not required — SEM depth matters more than vertical familiarity). Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis and execution.
The base salary actually offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. The base salary for this full‑time role is $119,800-$150,000 In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in variable cash bonus programs, equity, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility which are designated by role.
