The ideal candidate has CPA status, 4+ years in public company accounting, and strong judgment to translate complex standards into practical guidance and robust controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA required.
• At least four years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ability to prepare technical accounting documentation.
• Experience with public-company SEC reporting or audits of SEC registrants.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lead SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) using Workiva.
• Develop and document complex accounting analyses and memoranda.
• Maintain accounting policies and support adoption of new standards.
• Collaborate with external auditors and control owners on reporting and controls.
