Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including minimum of 3 years at a Big 4 or large regional public accounting firm.
• Experience with public company audit and SEC reporting processes.
• Ability to research and interpret complex accounting issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of all SEC periodic reports.
• Design and implement internal control documentation.
• Research and document complex accounting issues including revenue recognition.
