Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC reporting process including updating financial statements.
• Maintain Viridian’s internal control environment focused on 404(b) compliance.
• Coordinate with FP&A in the development of internal and external financial reports.

Skills

Eight years of progressive accounting experience

SEC and financial reporting experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or CPA
