The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification, and 6-8+ years of experience in public accounting and SEC reporting management. Responsibilities also include coordinating audit processes and ensuring compliance with financial reporting regulations.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of relevant experience including public accounting.
• Experience managing an SEC reporting function.
• Ability to interpret and implement accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SEC reporting process including 10-Q and 10-K filings.
• Manage internal controls and governance procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly review and annual audit procedures.
