Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all SEC reports including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and senior management.
• Assist Legal Department with Proxy and other periodic Form 8-K filings.
• Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews.
