Title: Senior Manager, SEC Reporting

Location: Boston, MA (Remote, have office local if preferred)

Industry: $1B+ Technology Company, Global, Publicly Held, Growing organically and through M&A. Company is doing very well.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a proven leader to drive the financial reporting process, champion best practices, support SEC filings, and mentor team members to elevate overall reporting excellence.

• Support Worldwide Controllership with SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, Proxy), including XBRL tagging.
• Lead preparation and analysis of worldwide cash flows and financial reporting packages.
• Oversee preparation and review of financial statement footnotes and maintain quarterly reporting calendar.
• Participate in monthly and quarterly close, including review and analysis of actual results.
• Collaborate closely with Investor Relations, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Treasury, and global accounting teams.
• Coordinate with external auditors to resolve issues and ensure all SEC filing deadlines are met.
• Support treasury department initiatives, including involvement in public debt and equity offerings.
• Assist in preparing materials for quarterly Audit Committee meetings.
• Effectively research technical accounting literature as necessary in order to address specific accounting issues that may arise.
