Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering
• Experience leveraging SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Fiori for strategic insights
• Experience utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process optimization
• Ability to apply systems thinking to identify and address underlying challenges
• Ability to direct teams through complex, ambiguous situations with composure
• Ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
• Ability to initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels
• Willingness to travel up to 80%
