Job summary

AMAX in Fremont, CA is seeking a senior MIS leader to deploy and optimize SAP S/4HANA, migrate legacy systems, and guide a global information systems team. You will translate user needs into robust database designs and drive process improvements across departments.

Ideal candidates have SAP deployment experience, strong project management skills, and a track record in rapid development environments. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration and delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
• Minimum 5 years MIS/Software team management experience
• Minimum 7 years database application design and/or implementation experience in ERP/MRP
• SAP Deployment experience is a must
• Prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA end to end process integration
• Peoplesoft experience is a plus
• Prior experience working in a rapid development environment
• Strong written/oral communication and project management skills

The annual salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $180,000. This may be subject to change based on the candidate's education, experience and skill set.
