Job summary

AMAX, a leader in GPU-accelerated IT infrastructure, seeks a Business Systems Analyst in Fremont, CA. You will gather business needs, document requirements, and help implement ERP/MES/CRM/PLM solutions to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates have SDLC knowledge, experience with user stories and process flows, and strong collaboration with IT and business teams. Banking on independent work and clear communication, the role supports digital transformation initiatives at AMAX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BIS/IT/CS or related field.
• Familiar with ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM platforms.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.
• Know SDLC methodologies and system implementation practices.
• Experience documenting user stories, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business partners.
• Knowledge of software testing: functional, performance, security, usability.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of enterprise business systems such as ERP, MES, CRM, and PLM platforms
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and system implementation practices
• Experience gathering and analyzing user feedback, business requirements, and operational data
• Experience documenting user stories, workflows, and process flow diagrams
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing
• Experience in manufacturing or operations environments is preferred
• Strong analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Any software programming experience is a plus

Benefits

• The annual salary range for this position is between $75,000-$95,000. The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and education
