Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to drive SAP DMC engagements, translating business requirements into technical specs and delivering architecture solutions. You will lead delivery, manage client relationships, and guide multi-disciplinary teams across DMC initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in SAP PP within DMC, strong communication, and proven project leadership. EY offers a hybrid model and extensive Total Rewards including health coverage and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects, onshore and offshore.
• Knowledge of supply chain practices within DMC.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams focusing on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities in DMC and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and risks.
• Build relationships with client personnel across levels.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams; provide coaching and foster inclusion.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the DMC space.
