Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud initiatives, translate business requirements into technical designs, and guide delivery with cross‑functional teams.

You will manage client relationships, oversee large SAP engagements, and ensure alignment with client objectives, while staying ahead of DMC industry trends and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years relevant experience in SAP/DMC
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams
• Strong communication and client-service skills

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements with a focus on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities within DMC and stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Coach and motivate diverse teams and foster inclusion.
