Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA, seeks a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own the end-to-end delivery of IHFM’s enterprise systems. You will lead requirements, configuration, and validation with a small team of developers, admins, and analysts while driving prioritization and successful delivery across multiple initiatives.

You will translate business needs into scalable, compliant Salesforce and ERP solutions, partner with Sales, Clinical Operations, Marketing, and IT, and ensure quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 10+ years in business systems delivery, enterprise applications, or business systems analysis with hands-on configuration.
• 3+ years leading or mentoring delivery teams while remaining involved in build work.
• Proven success delivering large-scale system implementations end-to-end.
• Strong Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud) with configuration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of business systems across IHFM's commercial, clinical operations, and back-office functions.
• Own requirements definition, configuration, validation, and prioritization for multiple initiatives.
• Configure, test, and validate Salesforce workflows, automation, reporting, and integrations.
• Guide cross-functional teams and manage backlogs with Agile execution.
• Ensure CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP compliance for deployed solutions.
