Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in Irvine, CA seeks a Senior Manager, Business Systems to own end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems behind IHFM's commercial, clinical operations, and back-office functions. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • At least 10 years delivering business systems, enterprise applications, or business systems analysis with hands-on configuration and delivery.
  • At least 3 years leading or mentoring delivery teams while personally involved in build and configuration work.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud): configuration, automation, reporting.
  • Proven ability to run multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and travel up to 10%.

This is a hands-on role: you personally lead requirements definition, system configuration, and validation alongside a small team of application developers, administrators, and analysts while owning prioritization, delivery, and outcomes across a portfolio of concurrent initiatives. You are the single point of accountability for translating business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem, enterprise integrations, and the processes that connect them.
