About The Team
The Sales Insights team at Zillow plays a crucial role in shaping the company's sales strategy and operations. We work with cross-functional teams to ensure our sales processes are data-driven and optimized for maximum efficiency and productivity.

About The Role
We seek an experienced analytical partner with strong business acumen to lead our Sales Insights team as a Senior Manager, Sales Insights. Reporting to the Director of Sales Planning & Insights, you will drive our analytics roadmap, implement core reporting to empower sales, manage our sales operations pipeline forecast, and provide key insights during weekly business reviews. Your leadership will be vital in enhancing sales productivity.

You Will Get To:

  1. Oversee sales analytics, KPIs, and reporting systems to provide insights into sales performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to standardize key data elements and their sources.
  3. Develop and implement a roadmap to streamline data insights, integrating these insights into standard systems and consolidated views to maximize sales efficiency.
  4. Develop insights and models to improve forecasting and pipeline management, accurately projecting revenue and identifying new opportunities.
  5. Prioritize account scoring and triggers to enhance sales rep productivity and territory optimization.
  6. Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and foster a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and retention.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of sales operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

This role is categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees work from a location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees can reside in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

The standard base pay range in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC is $139,800 - $223,200 annually. This range may vary by location and is specific to these states.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance, and location.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the tech or real estate industry is preferred.
  • Proven success in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a results-driven and collaborative approach.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce preferred), BI tools (Tableau preferred), and data analysis tools (Databricks, SQL, GSheets/Excel). Experience with sales tools like Gong and Salesloft is a plus.
