Job summary

You will lead policy development, training, and monitoring across sales practices, ensuring practical, scalable processes and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the financial services industry and regulatory landscape.
• Ability to build strong relationships with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted resource for sales teams and leadership on firm policies, regulatory requirements and business procedures.
• Liaise between the business and Compliance, Legal, Risk and Audit to facilitate issue resolution and initiatives.
• Lead resolution of ad hoc questions and complex issues with appropriate stakeholders.
• Research and analyze complex business issues and develop practical, compliant recommendations.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidance to support sales activities and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support supervisory programs, monitoring, and documentation of activities.
• Oversee the Due Diligence Oversight Forum (DDOF) for intermediary relationships.
