We are seeking a Manager of Revenue Operations, Process & Optimization to lead andmanage a team that drives operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and CustomerSuccess functions. In this people manager role, you will oversee and optimize key revenueoperations processes, ensure alignment between cross-functional teams, and lead theimplementation of strategies that drive revenue growth and improve overall businessperformance. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and internal stakeholdersacross Sales, Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to streamline processes, improveforecasting accuracy, and implement scalable solutions that support business objectives.

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiency, fostering cross-functional alignment, and ensuring the successful execution of revenue strategies.Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will manage a team of RevOpsprofessionals and act as a trusted advisor to various teams. You will deliver data-driveninsights and recommend process optimizations to accelerate sales performance.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.


What we're looking for:
  • Experience
  • 5+ years experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, enhancing sales processes, salestools, reporting, metrics, and policies.
  • A strategic thinker who can use data and instinct to develop simple solutions tocomplex issues.
  • Experience and passion for sales forecasting/pipeline management & salesplanning.
  • Strong understanding of CRMs and especially Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Familiar with sales tools such as Outreach, Gong, Marketo, Gainsight,etc.

  • Strategic Acumen:
  • Ability to design and track KPIs relevant to SaaS businesses, driving actionable insightsthat inform strategy and execution.
  • Expertise in aligning data-driven insights with SaaS growth objectives, ensuringmeasurable impact across the organization.

  • Communication & Collaboration:
  • Skilled in translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives for seniorleadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in partnering with GTM, Finance, and Customer Success teamsto drive alignment and results.

  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, including recurring revenue, retention,and expansion strategies.
  • Familiarity with key SaaS metrics and the ability to influence decisions that drivesustainable growth
What you can expect:
  • Revenue Strategy & Planning:
  • Drive sales strategy and planning by helping develop key Go-To-Market (GTM) teamobjectives and their measurement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align revenuegoals, foster collaboration, and drive consistent execution of revenue strategies

  • Revenue Operations Optimization:
  • Oversee and optimize revenue operations processes, forecasting, pipeline andopportunity management.
  • To improve productivity and pipeline velocity, identify and address inefficiencies inthe end-to-end revenue cycle, from lead generation to customer renewal.
  • Ensure seamless integration and automation of processes to support revenuegrowth.

  • Pipeline & Forecasting Management:
  • Own the pipeline management process, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, andoptimization of sales opportunities.
  • Develop and refine revenue forecasting models, aligning sales and marketingefforts with business goals.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to monitor performance, adjust strategies, andensure accurate and actionable forecasting.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in revenueoperations to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Champion a continuous improvement mindset, driving innovation in revenuegeneration and operational efficiencies.
  • Regularly assess and refine RevOps processes, tools, and team structure to meetevolving business needs and drive scalable growth

  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Collaborate with the Analytics & Insights Team to design and maintaincomprehensive reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights across the fullrevenue funnel using tools like Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Partner with the Analytics & Insights Team to analyze sales and revenue data,uncover trends, identify growth opportunities, and pinpoint areas for operationalimprovement.
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to govern KPIs for the sales and businessdevelopment teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and providingpredictive insights that help address critical business challenges

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to develop scalableprocesses and policies that align operational strategies to support revenuegeneration.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across departments to achieve company-widerevenue targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines and managenew data streams as business needs evolve.

  • Revenue Technology & Tools:
  • Partner with the RevTech team to ensure the CRM systems, BI tools, and otherplatforms are fully optimized and integrated to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the RevTech team to maintain data integrity, streamline processautomation, and ensure seamless tool integrations across revenue operations.
  • Work alongside the RevTech team to identify and implement technological solutionsthat support scalable and efficient revenue operations.

  • Revenue Execution:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute revenue growthinitiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, recommending adjustments torevenue strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.

  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing RevOps team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and company priorities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing coaching and professionaldevelopment opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Act as a critical advisor to leadership, offering insights into how RevOps processesand strategies can evolve to meet long-term business goals.

USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $158,000 USD and $214,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $136,000 CAD and $184,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Our approach to remote work

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across EMEA, Canada and/or the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
