Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time-consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations.

Job Description

About the team

At Canva, we’re empowering the world to design, and as we scale our Enterprise and B2B offerings, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that every dollar flows smoothly.

We’re building a world-class quote-to-cash (QTC) experience—one that’s frictionless, scalable, and customer-focused. As the Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, owning key AR processes, ensuring accurate billing and payments, and collaborating with teams to drive efficiency and automation. You won’t just be processing transactions—you’ll be shaping how Canva grows its revenue operations to support millions of users worldwide.

What you'll do

  • You will lead and mentor a global team of revenue operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while championing a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Support the sales team, shared services group, and customers for Offline Revenue, ensuring a best-in-class quote-to-cash process, all while providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within the quote-to-cash process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assess existing systems to determine if current and future needs are met. Implement new features/enhancements to existing systems, or implement new automation as necessary to scale with the business.
  • Manage the evaluation, development, and documentation of QTC policies and procedures.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable balances ensuring accounting is in line with public company standards and ensure policies and procedures are in place to maintain healthy balances.
  • Work closely with the SOX lead and Accounting team to identify risks and establish key controls within the quote-to-cash cycle to ensure compliance and risk management.
Qualifications

What we're looking for

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA is a plus.
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in quote-to-cash or a similar finance role with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Public company experience with focus on internal controls (design, implementation, and execution).
  • You have expertise in subscription billing processes, invoicing, and collections strategies.
  • You have experience in project management, system design, and implementation.
  • You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business process transformation and change management.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and delve deep into processes and systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
