About the team

At Canva, we’re empowering the world to design. As we scale our Enterprise and B2B offerings, the Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in ensuring that every dollar flows smoothly.

We’re building a world-class quote-to-cash (QTC) experience—frictionless, scalable, and customer-focused. As the Revenue Operations Senior Manager, you’ll own key AR processes, ensure accurate billing and payments, and collaborate with teams to drive efficiency and automation. You’ll shape how Canva grows its revenue operations to support millions of users worldwide.

What you'll do
  • Lead and mentor a global team of revenue operations specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while championing continuous improvement.
  • Support the sales team, shared services, and customers for Offline Revenue, ensuring a best-in-class quote-to-cash process and excellent customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within the quote-to-cash process, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assess existing systems to meet current and future needs; implement new features, enhancements, or automation as necessary.
  • Manage the evaluation, development, and documentation of QTC policies and procedures.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable balances, ensuring compliance with public company standards and maintaining healthy balances through policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the SOX lead and Accounting team to identify risks and establish controls within the quote-to-cash cycle to ensure compliance and risk management.
Qualifications

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of experience in quote-to-cash or a similar finance role, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Experience in a public company, focusing on internal controls (design, implementation, execution).
  • Expertise in subscription billing, invoicing, and collections strategies.
  • Experience in project management, system design, and implementation.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams to drive process transformation and change management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a willingness to delve deep into processes and systems.
  • Experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.

We value fairness and offer competitive, market-informed compensation while ensuring internal equity. The target salary range for this position is $169,000 - $259,000, based on market data and your skills and experience.
