Job summary

Privia Health in Houston seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Cycle Management, to oversee staff performance and ensure timely AR resolution. The hybrid role requires in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1200 Binz St, with other days remote.

You will lead claims submission, payer projects, and process improvements, mentor team members, and align with AVP and ADs to hit KPIs while upholding HIPAA and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in managing physician revenue cycle.
• 2+ years experience in management of personnel.
• Strong understanding of drivers of revenue cycle performance and complex claims.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the claims submission and follow-up process for timely resolution.
• Lead large payer projects and care center support initiatives.
• Inform ADs/AVP of improvement opportunities and process changes.
• Manage AR team and resolve aged AR, unposted and unresolved items.
• Analyze claim denials and delays to develop actionable solutions.
• Make policy updates to RCM processes as needed.
• Coordinate with other Privia teams on escalated issues.
• Engage with care center leadership to discuss complex revenue cycle matters.
