You will leverage SAP, OTM, Salesforce, and Power BI to monitor performance, drive automation, and improve service delivery while managing budgets and coaching staff for best-in-class results.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience with SAP, OTM and Salesforce (Thirsty).
• Knowledge of Order to Cash lifecycle.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Power BI).
• Willingness to experiment with automation and AI capabilities.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead CS team to meet service SLAs and drive program projects.
• Onboard and train customers to use the myCoke website.
• Oversee order changes, expirations, and expedited orders.
• Resolve transportation issues, plant cuts, and product information.
• Monitor and improve order fulfillment metrics and dashboards.
• Partner with NAOU stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
