Centric Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Retail and Replenishment Planning to accelerate transformation, with a strong focus on our ecommerce and Amazon partnerships. You will manage key accounts, forecast replenishment and optimize assortments, collaborating with sales, product and production teams to drive sales and profitability.

The role requires 8+ years in retail planning, data analysis, and open-to-buy governance, plus SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years retail planning experience.
• Experience with retail data analysis and OTB management.
• Amazon account experience strongly preferred.
• Strong retail math skills and advanced Excel proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Senior Director and SVP of Sales to manage the retail accounts weekly and seasonally.
• Maintain and monitor business plans by department to drive sales, markdowns and receipts.
• Develop bottoms-up ladder plans for major accounts to optimize assortments.
• Maintain monthly replenishment SKU level projections, Open-to-Buy and procurement needs.
• Analyze product performance and recommend lifecycle actions.
• Maintain wholesale and retail reporting: Style Selling, Sell Through, top-line, partner performance.
• Contribute to ad-hoc analytical reports and tools for evolving needs.
• Support market appointment preparation as needed.
• Collaborate with production for procurement and capacity forecasting.
