Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Research Informatics to lead the strategy and development of digital solutions that enhance Discovery Research in our late-stage oncology biotech.

You will partner with scientific, computational, and technology teams to oversee data models, workflows, and enterprise platforms like Genedata Screener and Benchling; drive AI-enabled analytics and data governance to accelerate target discovery and validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in a scientific or computational field.
• 7–9 years’ experience in research informatics, biotech, or pharma, with expertise in scientific data management, assay informatics, and platforms such as Genedata or IDBS.
• Proficiency in systems integration, SQL, Python, and workflow automation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Senior Manager, Research Informatics leading the strategy and development of digital solutions to enhance Discovery Research in a late-stage oncology biotech.

Responsibilities

• define and execute research informatics strategies, partner with scientific, computational, and technology teams, oversee data models, workflows, and enterprise platforms like Genedata Screener and Benchling; automate data capture and analysis processes; establish standards for data governance; and drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in a scientific or computational field;
