Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager for Internal and External Reporting and Models in a hybrid setup across MA/NJ/PA. You will own reporting strategy, governance, and models to enable audit-ready, scalable analytics for DePuy Synthes as it moves toward standalone status.

You will partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and Technology to align data definitions, sources, and delivery plans while driving automation and improvements across the reporting lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, or financial modeling.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience leading teams in a matrixed environment.
• Hands-on with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data modeling.
• Excellent communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and modeling roadmap to improve performance and compliance.
• Own design, delivery, and governance of internal/external reporting frameworks.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and auditable.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights and presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT teams.
• Establish data quality standards and model governance.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team with accountability.
