Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is recruiting a Sr. Manager, Consolidations Finance Tech, located in Raynham, MA, with roles in Raritan, NJ and West Chester, PA.

The role leads global consolidation activities, drives the technology platform, and partners across Finance, IT, and Digital to standardize processes and ensure compliant reporting. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of consolidation experience, strong ERP knowledge (SAP S/4HANA/Group Reporting), and a track record in finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or finance technology with global consolidation experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, consolidation, close, and reporting platforms including SAP S/4HANA or Group Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual global consolidation activities ensuring accurate, timely results under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Oversee consolidation, close, and reporting technology environment including intercompany eliminations and currency translation.
• Partner with Director, Finance IT, and Digital to execute the finance systems roadmap for close and reporting.
• Translate requirements into scalable processes; coordinate design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Maintain governance, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness across consolidation processes.
• Lead and develop global teams and cross-functional workstreams; drive continuous improvement.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and separation-readiness activities with risk and testing coordination.
