Job summary

DePuy Synthes is recruiting a Senior Manager, Internal and External Reporting and Models, located in Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; or Raritan, NJ. This senior leader will own strategy, governance, and delivery of reporting, financial models, and executive insights for the division as it prepares to operate as a standalone orthopedics company.

The role requires 8–10 years in reporting/analytics, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, financial modeling, or related finance roles with leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Hands-on with enterprise analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
• CPA, CFA or similar certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting and modeling roadmap to improve performance, compliance, and decision support.
• Own design, delivery, and governance of internal/external reporting frameworks and dashboards.
• Ensure outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory and stakeholder needs.
• Translate complex data into executive-ready insights for senior leaders.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Technology and others to align data sources and priorities.
• Establish data-quality standards, controls, and model governance to support audit-ready reporting.
