Nium, a global leader in cross‑border payments, seeks a Senior Manager of Regulatory Compliance to lead AML/CTF and licensing efforts across the Americas, with emphasis on the United States. You will partner with the Head of Regulatory Compliance for the Americas and the BSA Officer to ensure timely, compliant operations.

You will oversee onboarding compliance, transaction monitoring escalations, regulator engagements, and audits, guiding remediation and training across markets.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in senior regulatory/compliance roles within regulated financial services or payments companies.
• Experience across US and other Americas jurisdictions (BSA, FinCEN, state money transmitter) and/or AML/CTF and licensing regimes.
• ACAMS or CRCM certification preferred or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross‑functional compliance initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement Financial Crime and AML methodology to manage regulatory risk and ensure BSA/FinCEN compliance.
• Monitor AML/CTF, sanctions, and licensing changes across Americas jurisdictions and adapt processes accordingly.
• Act as day‑to‑day regulator contact on AML/CTF and licensing matters; coordinate with regional heads and MLROs.
• Lead identification of control gaps and drive remediation in AML, OFAC, and regulatory controls.
• Oversee audits, examinations, and responses; support regulatory reporting and training programs.
