• Experience with cloud-based platforms and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple software engineering teams and provide direction, coaching, and performance management for engineers, technical leads, and emerging leaders.
• Establish engineering strategies, development practices, and technical standards that support scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
• Oversee software development activities across multiple programs, ensuring alignment to quality objectives, delivery commitments, and business priorities.
• Partner with product, quality, regulatory, clinical, operations, and security stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and implementation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement through modern software engineering practices, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, project dependencies, and risk mitigation across teams and programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable software development processes and regulatory requirements, including audit readiness and IEC 62304/82304 considerations.
