Job summary

Regeneron is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Regulatory Affairs, Advertising and Promotion. The role focuses on applying clinical development knowledge to create compliant product messages for BLAs/MAAs and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements.

The position involves managing US and global regulatory activities, advising on messaging, and coordinating with Commercial teams, Medical Affairs, and Legal. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences required; advanced degree preferred in medicine or science.
• 3–4 years in regulatory affairs; advertising and promotion experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulations and guidance for pharma product advertising and promotion.
• Experience with FDA interactions, OPDP/APLB preferred.
• Ability to review materials and provide strategic regulatory advice.

Responsibilities

• Manage US and global regulatory activities for advertising and promotion of marketed and pipeline products.
• Advise on product messaging and materials across functions.
• Provide regulatory guidance to Commercial & Medical Affairs for conferences, disease awareness, and speaker programs.
• Review promotional materials to ensure compliance with laws and guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal.
