Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent required.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD/MD/DO) preferred; regulatory experience can offset education.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical advertising and promotion regulations and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage US and Global regulatory activities for advertising and promotion of marketed and pipeline products.
• Advise on product messages and materials across functions; provide regulatory input with minimal guidance.
• Lead interactions with FDA OPDP/APLB and support launch campaigns while ensuring compliance.
• Review promotional materials and communicate regulatory requirements to commercial and medical teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Legal to align regulatory messaging with business goals.
