This role leads regulatory strategy for advertising and promotion, shapes product messaging, and supports compliant commercialization while collaborating with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Regulatory teams.

Hybrid US-based, remote-friendly, with significant leadership responsibilities. The position requires advanced degrees and 7+ years in biotech/pharma with deep regulatory expertise and direct FDA

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in advertising and promotion regulations and development precedents.
• Experience leading regulatory strategy for pharma/biotech products.
• Experience with global promotional review and labeling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead US and global regulatory activities for advertising and promotion initiatives.
• Advise on product messaging and promotional materials.
• Provide regulatory guidance for conferences, exhibits and speaker programs.
