Recruiting at Ironclad

We are seeking a visionary, systems-oriented leader to serve as our Senior Manager of Recruiting Operations. This is an opportunity to scale a high-impact recruiting engine at a critical phase of growth. You will design and operationalize the programs, processes, and enablement strategies that power consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes across the business. As a core member of the recruiting leadership team, you will champion the integration of cutting‑edge AI tools and automated workflows, delivering step‑function improvements in operational velocity, precision, and hiring quality across the globe.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage Recruiting Coordinators and Recruiting Operations for the company enabling high quality hiring at speed.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, consistency and operational excellence across recruiting teams globally.
  • Architect and maintain a scalable recruiting infrastructure (systems and processes) with a relentless focus on leveraging AI and automation to eliminate friction, reduce manual effort, and accelerate high‑volume hiring.
  • Lead change management efforts, rapidly iterating on systems and training teams to maximize adoption of new, AI‑driven workflows.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning in partnership with Finance and People leaders, delivering data‑backed hiring forecasts, capacity models, and scenario analyses.
  • Lead recruiting analytics, providing executive‑level insights on capacity, risk, timelines, and strategic trade‑offs along with translating data into actionable insights that improve team performance.
  • Elevate organizational hiring capability by developing structured interviewing frameworks, creating best‑practice playbooks, and building comprehensive enablement programs for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to reinforce high standards for candidate experience and overall hiring outcomes.
What You Have
  • 8+ years of progressive leadership in Recruiting Operations, Workforce Planning, or People Operations, ideally within a high‑growth, technology‑driven environment.
  • Expertise with modern recruiting systems and recruiting technology, including ATS, scheduling, and analytics tooling. Experience with Ashby and Ashby Analytics is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI and intelligent automation to fundamentally transform recruiting efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Advanced analytical fluency and the ability to build predictive models that directly inform and drive executive decision‑making.
  • Proven track record of successfully architecting recruiting infrastructure that scales.
  • Experience building enablement programs and improving hiring manager and interviewer effectiveness.
  • A builder’s mindset and passion for innovation; eager to pilot new technologies and lead teams through transformative digital change.
  • Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, cross‑functional collaboration, program execution, and change management.
