Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a Senior Manager, RAM to lead a multi‑shift RDA and metrology operations team on the production floor. This role focuses on data integrity, yield protection, and rapid material movement, coordinating across fab to keep advanced technology development on track.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing and at least 5 years in leadership, with strong expertise in RDA and metrology operations and proven capability in complex lot disposition

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering is required.
• 8+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience across engineers and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of RDA and metrology operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct wafer movement through inspection and metrology to meet daily OOS and move targets.
• Reduce wait‑time bottlenecks by monitoring and managing queue times and WFD.
• Lead disposition decisions, excursion containment, and MRB activities.
• Partner with Equipment Engineering on PM scheduling and throughput improvements.
• Lead and develop a multi‑shift team to ensure consistent, high‑quality operations.
