Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr. Manager of RDA and Metrology Operations to oversee multi‑shift wafer inspection and metrology within a high‑volume fab in Boise, Idaho.

You will secure data integrity, optimize throughput, and drive rapid material movement while protecting yield and meeting daily targets. The role requires a strong engineering background, 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, and 5+ years of leadership across engineers and technicians.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering required.
• 8+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience across engineers and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of RDA and metrology operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex lot disposition and excursion responses.

Responsibilities

• Direct wafer flow through inspection and metrology to meet daily OOS and targets.
• Reduce bottlenecks by monitoring queue times and work flow delays.
• Lead disposition decisions and MRB/excursion containment.
• Collaborate with Equipment Engineering on PM scheduling and throughput improvements.
• Lead and develop multi-shift team for consistent quality.
