Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Sr. Manager of RDA and Metrology Operations to lead a multi-shift team on the production floor, ensuring data integrity, protecting yield, and enabling rapid movement of material.

The role partners across the fab to keep advanced technology development on track and drive throughput improvements. Minimum qualifications include a BS or MS in Engineering with 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing and 5+ years in a leadership role.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering.
• 8+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years leadership experience across engineers and technicians.
• Strong knowledge of RDA and metrology operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex lot disposition and excursion responses.

Responsibilities

• Direct wafer movement through inspection and metrology to meet daily OOS and move targets.
• Reduce wait-time bottlenecks by monitoring and managing queue times and WFD.
• Lead disposition decisions, excursion containment, and MRB activities.
• Partner with Equipment Engineering on PM scheduling and throughput improvements.
• Lead and develop a multi-shift team to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
