Job summary

The Senior Manager - Business Development at Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) Administration will support the Director of Business Development in expanding the university's radiopharmaceutical and isotope business. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 7 years of related experience.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in Business Development and Analytics or Customer Service in pharma/biotech.
• Established network of radiopharmaceutical industry contacts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Business Development in all BD initiatives for MURR.
• Lead negotiations with customers on pricing and terms; update contracts as needed.
• Manage and grow customer relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities for MURR and MURR Nextgen.
• Lead and mentor a team of BD, Sales, and Customer Service staff.
