NVIDIA in Santa Clara seeks a senior leader to deliver rack-scale infrastructure software, owning control planes, lifecycle orchestration, health, and recovery. You will coordinate across hardware, firmware, networking, and operations to support customer deployments at rack and fleet scale.

Lead a team of engineers, hire and mentor technical leads, and ensure reliability, security, and maintainability while aligning with business roadmaps.

Formación

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of engineering experience in systems software, platform software, server firmware, or data center infrastructure.
• Minimum 6 years of experience managing software or firmware engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering production software across multiple programs in a matrix organization.
• Solid background in Linux, distributed systems, APIs, state machines, and failure handling.
• Experience with Go, C++, or Rust, with ability to review designs and guide debugging.
• Ability to lead distributed engineering groups and develop technical leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership for delivering rack-scale infrastructure software within a cross-functional structure.
• Translate business needs and hardware roadmaps into release priorities and plans.
• Partner with architects on control planes, lifecycle orchestration, health, and recovery.
• Build and develop the team through hiring, mentoring, and clear expectations.
• Establish planning, validation, release, and triage practices; drive root-cause resolution.
• Coordinate with firmware, platform, networking, QA, security, and operations teams.
• Be responsible for open-source delivery, review, and release maintenance.
• Communicate priorities and tradeoffs clearly to engineers and leadership.
