Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior leader to own rack-scale infrastructure software delivery, coordinating across hardware, firmware, networking, and operations teams for scalable customer deployments. You will guide architecture, prioritize releases, and build a high-performing team while ensuring reliability and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of engineering experience in systems software, platform software, server firmware, or data center infrastructure.
• Minimum of 6 years managing software or firmware engineering teams.
• Proven track record delivering production software across multiple programs in a matrix organization.
• Solid background in Linux, distributed systems, APIs, state machines, and failure handling.
• Software development experience in Go, C++, or Rust with design/code review ability.
• Ability to guide distributed engineering groups, recruit and nurture engineers, and build leaders.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and ability to align teams and customers on practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of rack-scale infrastructure software within a cross-functional structure.
• Translate hardware roadmaps into release priorities and plans.
• Partner with architects on control planes, lifecycle orchestration, health, and recovery.
• Build and develop the team through hiring, mentoring, and performance expectations.
• Establish planning, validation, release, and triage practices with measurable evidence.
• Coordinate with firmware, networking, QA, security, and operations for coordinated capabilities.
• Oversee open-source delivery, issue triage, documentation, and release maintenance.
• Communicate priorities and tradeoffs clearly to engineers and leadership.
