Would you consider an opportunity to lead a Quality Team for a growing Medical Device company in North Carolina?

We've been exclusively retained to recruit a seasoned Quality Systems Leader capable of guiding the company through their next phase of growth.

Our client is a founder led, investor backed Med Device manufacturer with over a decade of success behind them. After a significant outside investment recently, they have their sights set on rapid organic growth and strategic acquisitions. Currently, they operate from a single location, with plans for green fielding a second building, plus are active in seeking acquisitions.

This Senior Manager will report to the VP of QA/RA and will take ownership of the QMS. This role will lead ~7 direct reports and will be tasked with revising the Quality Systems, mentoring current team members, and hiring more roles. Ideally, they would look to groom this manager to be the successor to the VP of QA/RA.
