Job summary

Amgen seeks a Quality Compliance Senior Manager to lead the Quality Intelligence Center (QuIC) and embed a governance-driven oversight model within R&D Quality. You will guide a professional team, establish review cadences, and translate complex quality data into actionable insights for cross-functional partners.

You will drive improvements in data quality, dashboards, and risk-based monitoring, ensuring regulatory alignment and effective escalation of important findings across the organization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with quality experience; multiple paths.
• Strong background in R&D Quality, CAPA and deviation processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the QuIC function and manage a professional team.
• Own and improve the QuIC operating model and governance routines.
• Establish review cadences and standards for dashboard outputs and metrics.
• Lead review and prioritization of dashboard outputs and quality trends.
• Translate complex quality information into clear summaries and escalations.
• Ensure significant findings are documented and routed to owners.
