Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Quality Compliance Senior Manager to lead the Quality Intelligence Center (QuIC) and drive integrated quality oversight. You will oversee signals, dashboards, and governance, delivering action-oriented insights and ensuring timely escalation to cross-functional owners.

The role requires strong leadership, data interpretation, and experience with GxP and risk management. Remote US work options available with a robust Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with quality experience or bachelor’s/associates with extensive quality background.
• Experience with GxP, CAPA, deviation and risk-management processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QuIC operation and a professional team for portfolio-level quality monitoring.
• Define governance standards, escalation pathways, and workflow requirements.
• Translate quality data into governance-ready summaries and actions.
• Ensure findings are documented and routed to owners and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D Quality and Global Development Operations to act on insights.
